Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Good Morning,

I think my email may have been archived yesterday afternoon as I can no longer see any emails in my inbox that were received prior to that time and I can no longer see any of my email folders. The email address is <Redacted> . If you can unarchive this for me than I will clear out some of the older emails to get the account back below the limit.

Emails have disappeared from 24th April 2023 but need to go back to beginning of April 23

I lost e-mails prior to mid July due to an issue with my device, some e-mails were archived, others were not. Is there any way to retrieve any of them ( either archived or still on the server)?

I am unsure when they were archived. I only noticed when I was trying to find an email regarding my travel insurance. I took the insurance out on 18th April but my emails only go back to 24th

@Markwj Depending on how you've got the e-mails setup they may have disappeared from our servers completely. Do you have them set up as IMAP or POP?

@Brearley38 I can see we archived your e-mails back in April. Unfortunately, we only hold onto them for 30 days so if you didn't contact us to have them restored they will have been deleted permanently
