rDNS

Hi, I've recently moved to Plusnet. I have set-up a static IP and I've also set an A record with my domain provider I now just need the rDNS PTR record to be set to my domain could somebody raise a ticket for that please.

Hello, I've noticed that the reverse DNS still hasn't been changed, IP still resolves as user.plus.com.

We've had to send another request off to get your rDNS updated to the Network Team, once they've confirmed that this has been changed, we'll let you know.
