Upgrade from 150 to 500 issue

Selected to upgrade my service from 150 to 500 over the weekend. Stated it would complete on the 2nd, but due to bank holiday wasn't to bothered when it didn't. But at 1am this morning my broadband goes off, guessing for the change to happen. But can anyone let me know how long I can expect it to be off?

@Mpattison78  Doesn't look good, as this is a speed profile change on an existing FTTP service there is no reason for the connection to go off. You need to contact Plusnet to find out what has happened
