38 mbps download on full fibre 500 is this the norm?

i have recently changed to full fibre 500 and it is slower than my previous package which was poor. everytime i try to change to a website or email it says wait or cancel? or not responding. anyone else having these issues?

Hi @KelvinM, I've taken a quick look into your broadband account and ran a quick line test to see if there's any issues. The testing shows no faults at the moment. 

Have you noticed these slow download speeds on a specific device? Also, are these slow speeds on the Wi-Fi or over a wired connection?
