Access control - pause not unpausing

Hi, l’m having trouble unpausing access to the internet from the Plusnet Two Hub Manager. No problem pausing it, but when I switch the pause to off it doesn’t come back on. I’ve tried resetting the router but that has no effect. It’s driving me mad!

@lar267 welcome to the forum.
Are you using a tablet or smart phone? The Hub may not work correctly with browsers on these devices.
If you have a laptop use that, but if tablet or smart phone I would suggest switching to 'use desktop site' when viewing the Hub page. For google chrome the tree dots top right for fire fox bottom right of address bar on my Pixel 7
