He said after about one hour it will turn up blue. It's still orange after more than an hour. So it means i don't have internet access again.
What should I do?

If this is a new install or transfer from another ISP it can take up to midnight for all the systems to complete.
Keep an eye out for the text/email saying the the service is now ready.

I've received message where says - your home phone service is ready to use.

You should get a similar one when the broadband is ready.

If after receiving the 'ready for use message' the light doesn't turn blue then factory reset the Hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the Reset hole. Keep the switch closed for about 30 seconds.

Looks like a connection was established at around 20:30 on Friday evening
I'm seeing a few dropouts over the weekend though and am wondering whether you're resetting your router at all? Let us know if you're having issues and we'll be happy to investigate.
