After upgrade to higher speed but still got the same speed

My renewal new faster speed should start today 19-May-2023 but "speed test" shows the broadband is only running the same speed as before.

The switch may not take effect until midnight on the appointed day. If not, I suggest you give them a ring tomorrow.

It looks like the upgrade isn't due to complete until the 25th

You should see the faster speeds from then
