Awaiting connection having received router

Received router on Tuesday, text message said phone line will be connected by midnight Friday 20th and they will text me again when broadband is ready. Do not do anything until I receive notification.
Have heard nothing, desperate for BB for work, am clinically vulnerable and if I run out of data on my phone I am worried may not be able to get help if I need it - and only chose plus net as said installation would be 7 - 10 days. Exceeded that already.

@Kroos Have you  received a confirmed connection date/ is your phone working?

Friday 20th of which month - certainly not February?
