Ran the BT spped test and it showed 25Mbps. Something is wrong if I get 2.5Mbps I am lucky.

A little more detail may elicit some help. Why did you run the test, a screenshot of it would help, and what does your Help Desk (Hub1) or Technical Log (Hub2) report?
