Been given the run around by plusnet

I have a on going issue with my broadband. My speed halved in the last 6 months. I've now had 3 engineers out to my property and all have said the issue is with the cabinet. The issue is also effecting the houses surrounding me. My question is how likely am I to ever get this resolved. Each time I speak to plusnet I get contradictory information of each person I speak to. The last guy was trying to tell me my minimum speed is 18mbps when I'm on the highest fttc plan my original speed was high 70's. Any how I was advised someone would contact me in the next 24hrs but the text I have received today takes me to a link saying I can no longer reply online. Clearly away to make things difficult for me. Is this a common approach by plusnet to shut down a complaint. Any input from other users would be appreciated. Regards lee

I'm really sorry for the frustrations this is causing, especially with the amount of visits you have had with no resolution. Your case has been escalated to the Customer assist team and they have tried to reach you today to discuss the speed further. They were unable to reach you but they will try again tomorrow.
