In fact its not possible to order a copper landline service from any supplier who uses the Openreach network.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
@Moomin Do you have an existing copper landline, if so who is supplying it? If you want to use it for telephone calls the PSTN phone service is being withdrawn in the near future, possibly at the end of this year or next.
