Hello
I have a Unlimited Fibre connection that at about 20:30 we lost internet connection. The router is showing blue and on the hub it is show the broadband is connected. No devices connected to the router are able to access the internet, iPhones, PCs using Wireless.
I have attached a screenshot of the Hub Status, but now I can't even connect to the hub as I am getting Connection Timed Out when trying to access the web page on 192.168.1.254
I have rebooted the router several times, disconnected all ethernet connected devices (NAS storage device and TP LInk Wifi Extender)
Any ideas?
Thanks
Aliseries

It sounds like a fault (or planned work) on the Openreach network (which Plusnet uses).
It's not a problem in the copper connection you use to the "green box".
If it happens again see if a "ping" to 8.8.8.8 (Google's DNS service) gets there.

@Lukas25wsm Which Hub do you have? When you say 'system wants login to network, what exactly do you mean.
Just FYI, it is not a good idea to 'hijack' another users topic - your symptoms may be similar, but not necessarily the same, and piggy-backing makes it difficult for other Community members to follow the conversation.
