Broadband connection issues East Sussex

One of my referees is having broadband connection problems (Eastbourne) and their friend in Newhaven (East Sussex) who is also on Plusnet, is having connectino problems too.

I have checked service status and there is nothing showing.

Is there anyone else in East Sussex having connection issues (PLusnet FTTC).

I guess there wasn't a problem in East Sussex and later in the evening, things stablised.
