Broadband contract renewal, slower speed

I have just renewed my contract with Plusnet, It has always been stable at 72-80mb but since renewal of my contract my speed has dropped to 42-50mb.

Any ideas why?

Hmm that's strange, I've run some tests here and see it's connecting at 80 Mbps, Are you running a speed test on a wired device or wireless as I'm thinking the issue is WIFI related?
