Continuous Broadbamd Issues. Dropping out. Very poor connection

Hi, I am technically savvy so I have tried everything inside the home. My connection is dropping out all of the time. If gaming (ethernet) it will drop out several times a hour. This didn't happen when I first moved to plus net but has been happening for over 6 weeks now.

@Justwelshy Welcome to the forums.

 

First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/

Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.

Hi @Justwelshy The connection has been up solidly for over 3 days according to our logs: 

 

 

If it's still an issue over ethernet I'd try a different port on the router if you haven't already to see if anything changes.
