Can I request a DLM reset on my ADSL please?

I noticed it reset in the afternoon but the first reconnect just came back at the same "speed"... later it reconnected again and came back at line max... so I'll just give it a couple of weeks to do its thing/settle and then I'll make my adjustments.
Just one question... Does a DLM reset change the stability profile back to default (I was on normal I think I would prefer aggressive)? I guess I'll see in time anyway!
