Disconnecting at 1am Every Night

Just had my internet turned on about 4 days ago, and every night at 1 am, it drops for reasons unknown to me.

Everything is working just fine on my end (PC wise). So no idea what is happening. It comes back on within a couple of minutes, but the dropping out is unacceptable.

I've seen other people posting this, what is happening? Its always PRECISELY 1 am.

18th was a firmware update. I can't explain the others, however not one of them is at exactly 1am. Your connection has been up for roughly 40 hours at the time of writing.

Mmm fair enough; I cant argue with that. Thanks.   (close to 1 am anyway Just usually early morning perhaps I should have said).

The events Sunday afternoon (19th June) were the tests and equipment re-arranging after I had an engineer move my master socket.

The socket is working correctly however and the others cannot be explained.
