Re: Drop in Speeds DL

@DJMcKenzie87 IF you are on 'Full Fibre' them PN can't 'reset the line - AFAIK all adjustments have to be done by OpenReach. If you are on FTTC, then you need to contact Customer Support and ask them to run checks to find the cause of your low speed.

Re: Drop in Speeds DL

@DJMcKenzie87

Your signature claiming Full Fibre 74 is causing confusion. Based on your previous posts you are on the basic 40/10 Fibre service, which is FTTC. If you believe that you should be on Full Fibre or want help amending your signature then please ask.

How are you testing your speed? It needs to be on a wired Ethernet connection.

Sight of your hub stats as you have posted previously would also be helpful.

@Baldrick1 Thanks for that useful information. It does help if posters give the correct details.

Re: Drop in Speeds DL

A question for @DJMcKenzie87 - Why are you using 4 routers - in series, or in parallel? It does not make sense.
