Hi, the internet connection is getting lost intermittently from today morning. Can this be fixed please. We are at [Removed]

Hi, The internet just disconnects and comes back after a 2 or 3 minutes. Thanks

OK. First , check your phone line - dial 17070, select option 2. After confirmation of your phone number, the line should be silent apart fro the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message. If there is an other noise, report a PHONE fault via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/ If that is clear, come back for further guidance.
