That probably means an Openreach engineer doesnt need to visit your premises. An engineer will still need to visit the exchange and/or the cabinet.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Oh I get you now oh crikey its just I don't like my kids being put till 8pm to do there homework I don't drive so it's quite scary so thought it'd be worth a shot

If you've got a mobile phone plan with plenty of data usage, you can configure the phone to be a wireless hotspot. Other devices can then connect to the internet via the phone

Yeah mobile data is a struggle lol signal is rubbish It's always on E or the H and 4g if I stand outside the close by the main road so it's not really great I have tried that but get half way it cuts out
