Extremely Slow Upload Speed

I've had very slow upload speeds for the whole time I've been with Plusnet, it's never really affected me until now I desperately need it better for work. (download isn't amazing either, but I can put up with it)

I've read similar posts on here about plusnet uncapping the upload speed. I'd be very greatful if I could request mine be uncapped too.

@Jah50 Which product are you on - ADSL or Fibre? Can you post a screenshot of a speedtest?

It would be helpful if we knew what your expected line speeds are  (according to BT Openreach).

Can you go to the BT Broadband Availability Checker 

If you have a landline phone number, then -

1. Enter your telephone number and press <Submit>
2. Take a screenshot of everything BELOW your Telephone Number

If you don't have a landline phone number, then -

1. Click on <Address Checker>
2. Enter your postcode
3. Press <Submit>
4. Choose your address from the list
5. Press <Submit>
6. Take a screenshot of everything BELOW your address

Then in your reply on this forum, press the "Insert Photos" icon to paste your screenshot for us to see.
