Extremely slow Speeds!!!

We're paying £24.99 for at LEAST 50mbpb - 60mbps (5MB-6MB), and we're seeing speeds of 5mbps-12mbps (1MB-2MB).

What gives? Our contract doesn't run out until Dec 2023, is this the service we can expect now you have our signature? Damn.

Rather than thinking about some conspiracy theory, have you  considered your line may have developed a fault?

Have a look at the Help section, is your phone line noisey would be a good start.

Your speed is not monitored. If you have a speed problem then it has to be reported. The easiest way to do this is to use the mobile phone bot, see. https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/
