Ironically, when I checked the stats this morning, the ~5Mbps upload speed was still up. But then, literally seconds later, it disconnected, reconnected at ~2.7MBps, disconnected minutes later, and now... merely 300kbps.

 

Hopefully the engineer finds the problem. But if not, could the problem be the hub? Surely checking the stats shouldn't trigger a disconnection? (Probably only coincidence, as past disconnections were not preceded by any interaction with the hub admin.)
