Fire stick connected now it won’t

I set up my fire stick yesterday and it worked perfectly connected all fine etc spent the day watching things i went out for the evening came back the next day and it won’t connect at all it won’t let me upload a picture but it just brings up a page saying join plusnet and then this address https://www.plus.net/member-centre/?url=%2Fapps%2Fpayment%2Ffailed
I’m connected on my phone perfectly fine I’ve tried everything suggested online for the last 7 hours etc but it’s not having it at all I’ve reset the router and fire stick re connected everything and it still brings up the same page this is so frustrating as it was working yesterday and it’s still fine on my phone i hope someone can help me with this there is no option to log in or anything either and I shouldn’t have too it works fine on my phone I’m just lost i hope someone can help with this

That’s a failed payment page. Check your account payment status with support.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
