Going Live day

Hi, I have received an email sytating my connection is live and my broadband is ready to go

 

I setup my hub 2 router in accordance with the given documentation  and all I get is a flashing light

 

what is going wrong here?

What colour light? Which service are you going for? Note it can take up to 23.59.59 for all the Plusnet services to complete and give you full service, although it is quite often much earlier.

Hey, It's flashing Orange so I think it cant get any broadband signal

 

I'm only enquiring because I received an email stating "

Great news, your fibre broadband service is now up and running!

 

Your fibre broadband's ready to go

 

 

 

doesn't this mean my line should now be active?

Yep, sorry I missed the bit below the post. If it is flashing orange, as I said above it is possible not all the Plusnet systems have fully configured, and I also told you about this.
