IP address

I have just upgraded to a new router. Tried signing into my national lottery account, only to be told that my IP address shows that I am not in the U.K or The Isle of man. Any ideas ,? Thanks

You could try switching the hub off for a couple of hours in the hope that when you switch back on you pick up an IP address that is correctly geolocated.

@davidw6092 Welcome to the forums. On the assumption you are not using a VPN, enter your IP into this site: https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup , and see where it locates your address to be. Let us know.

I thought the problems with the National Lottery and their incorrect geolocation of some IP ranges was a think of the past ?

I wonder if the recent ( 1st Feb ) change of licence from Camelot to Allwyn has reverted to an old geolocation database ?
