Interleaving Email

I had an email to say my interleaving has been turned off. When I go on the link to turn interleaving back on it doesn't do anything and keeps asking for me to put in a daytime and nighttime phone number even though there are no fields to put that in. Can my interleaving be turned back on please!

same problem !!! Phoned Plusnet, but they didn't have any remedy - passed to tech section....may be an error in that same email sent by mistake...hey ho.........

What products are you both on?  If it's Full Fibre then it wouldn't be relevant anyway.  We've seen a couple of instances where that email has been sent to Full Fibre users.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
