am writing to express my extreme frustration with the ongoing issues with my internet service. Since Friday, my internet has not been working at all. I have posted in the community forums seeking help, lodged a formal complaint, and was informed that an engineer would come out to resolve the issue. However, no one has shown up.
To make matters worse, I received an email stating that remote investigations are still being conducted. This lack of resolution is unacceptable, especially as I am continuing to pay full price for an internet service that I am not receiving.
This is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed immediately

They are dependent on OPENREACH who are very overstretched; no point ranting here. If a tickets been raised by PN, progress should be monitored there via the PN Customer Portal.

I'm sorry you are experiencing an issue with your connection and for the undue stressed it is causing you. I can see that you have raised it to our high level complaints and they have assigned you a case handler. We will leave it with them as it is now above us.
