Is there a problem in my area?

I'm away from home in Wales and we have lost connection this evening

I'm guessing there is a tree cutting the fibre
Can it be checked remotely?
I don't want to report a problem if it's just me!

Re: Is there a problem in my area?

Hey @SunnyBank,

Unfortunately, we don’t have a tool to check for issues in a specific postcode. However, I’ve sent you a private message with the details I need so I can locate your account and test your line.

If this post resolved your issue please click the 'This fixed my problem' button

Re: Is there a problem in my area?

@SunnyBank, Plusnet don't have a status page as they consider it bad to advertise faults even it it would be useful for customers.

However, Zen do have a web page where you can check for known faults - https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/

You just need to enter the first parts of a phone number for an area to find faults in that area (you don't need a phone line yourself).

I should add that this shows all OR faults, not just those that affect Zen customers. The same information could be available to Plusnet if they could be bothered.
