Junction Box badly damaged

So the junction box outside the house has been badly damaged, with the wires hanging out - the actual plastic cover is missing too. Is it possible for someone from plusnet to come and fix it?

For now, I’ve put sticky tape over it in case it rains over the next few days.

Report the issue to PN - they will pass it on to BT/OpenReach who own and maintain the network.
