Just moved home

Hi I moved last Saturday 27th July 24. I am waiting to use my broadband, does anyone know when it will switch on at all please?

You should have received an email informing you when the order will complete

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @lottiemouse 

I can see your orders were delayed due to a cease on the line from the previous occupant's provider

That's completed now so we've been able to place the order and it's due to complete at some point today

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
