Losing connection

Hi
My router has dropped connection recently. It started last night and I have reset and turned the router’s power off and it has still dropped. Can anyone help?

Hello
I’ve gone through the steps and this is what happened. When I plugged the router straight into the test socket the light on the front of the router just flashed orange yet with all cables plugged back in the router is blue.
I should point out here that my Wi-Fi keeps dropping at about 11 at night and the phone line is terrible.

If the phone line is terrible, treat this as a phone fault. See below.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi there @Loosecannon1, I've just been running some diagnostic tests which didn't pick up on any issues with the line, what issue are you having with that? i.e is there audible noise when you try to make a call or no dial tone maybe?
