Migrated to SOGEA (Fibre, no Phone Line), line speed capped to 39999 Kbps. Wrong Profile?

Hi. I migrated / upgraded my Unlimited Fibre to Fibre (Broadband only - Fibre without a landline) 23 days ago. My router (Zyxel DX3300-T0) synced at 39999Kbps (looks suspicious?), it used to be 53Mbps when on VDSL. I rebooted the router after 14 days and it synced at 39994Kbps. I rebooted it yesterday and it synced at 39999Kbps. I believe my line has the wrong line profile associated. I raised a helpdesk ticket (via texting help). The service desk said my speed was correct for my line, they put me through to Customer services who said they couldn't upgrade me and I had to wait for Openreach to install FTTP to my area. I tried explaining that I used to work for an Altnet Fibre broadband ISP (not sure where I was going with that), but nothing was changing anyone's mind. Please can someone from Plusnet change my line profile from FTTC 40/10, which I'm guessing it's set to, to SOGEA 80/20? Thanks.

@jcbaker007 just sent you a text about this as it relates to the package so can't post publicly.
