New Hub one set up problems

Just received a Hub one. Followed the instructions. Windows said I was connected to the internet but could not go to any pages. The message was that the internet settings had changed. I had to go back to my old router to access the internet.

Re: New Hub one set up problems

@Margot1932 As your Hub will have a new identity, make sure yo are connected to that and not your old one - it's 'name' will have changed.

@Margot1932 - I saw another example of this earlier today. Take a look at my reply here. There's a possible solution at the end of my post.

Re: New Hub one set up problems

@Margot1932 - Turns out this is probably the reason you had difficulties. If you haven't managed to get the hub online yet, then I would suggest you factory reset it by powering it up, waiting 5 mins or so and then inserting somethign into the reset hole at the rear of the device until the status light flashes green. Give it another few minutes to go through the startup cycle and then try setting it up again.
