New user error message

I joined PN and had confirmation of my connection today.
This morning all was well and working, I have returned home from work and despite the Blue light being present I'm just getting an error saying

'Access to the Internet is currently paused'

Can anyone advise further.

I need to urgently work from home!

As you have successfully logged into Community, @Meganmillieisla , can we assume your error is corrected?

So, you are using data on your phone? Can you take a picture of the message you get on your desktop/laptop - must admit I don't recall ever seeing this message before?

@Meganmillieisla you've not accidentally paused internet access via the router parental controls have you ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
