Currently have no working broadband but don't have a phone line to do the check fault with and telephone support out of hours

Try resetting the Hub - hold a paper clip or similar in the reset hole until the light turns green, release, and see if that restores your connection.

I only have broadband no phone line any more

In that case, report a broadband fault via this link: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/ . The bot may attempt an automatic check for you - if it doesn't, it should get picked up tomorrow by staff.

The bot only does a check to a landline fir a fault,already tried it and as I say the phone advisors are now out of hours so basically it's fubar until someone decides to fix it I guess, thanks for your attempts but checking websites elsewhere and they are showing major issues for plusnet right now,waiting game it is 🤷‍♂️

Understand what you are saying, but it is strange that no-one else is reporting an issue on here, so far as I can see, anyway. Which other sites are reporting these issues, out of interest?
