Have there been some changes going on in my area?
This past week (maybe 5 days) I have been unable to increase my SNR Margin - my modems suggestions are just ignored.
I am currently connecting with the default SNR margin of 6dB so I have been up and down like a yo-yo - and DLM has not yet nobbled me... which suggests to me that I am not the only one (or perhaps you finally stopped DLM interfering with me?).
I suspect something has changed outside of my control and I have no idea how to check that?
Any ideas/clues?

If your link has been "up and down like a yo-yo" then you most probably have a line fault, which needs to be reported and fixed before it fails entirely, rather than trying to mask the issue by gaming the router.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
