Not getting static ip

Hi all,

New customer here and just after activation I purchased the static ip add on. Have paid for this, but the only thing that has changed is the control panel now shows an option for configure static ip.

When going into this option it informs me that I have a dynamic ip address and not a static.

Called into support and they advised me to turn my modem off for a minute and reboot. This has made zero difference so far.

Any ideas?

Something is awry. I've had the same static IP for many years. I moved house at the weekend and the service resumed on Monday. Everything was fine until I had to restart my gear after a sparky turned off the power at lunch. I'm now on dynamic IP with broken routing and DNS...
