I cannot contact plusnet by phone the options select 1 or 2 etc do not work keeps repeating same message over & over., so even though I haven’t got through to plusnet I recieved a fault txt I presume I will have the same issue as previously as they have wiped the password off my bt hub, at present broadband working but heating did not come on broadband has been dropping in out for the last couple of days. Cannot log in to account either. Cannot change my password as they have to allow a reset, which is what happened in November . Just had txt back from bot saying it is a problem their network sending an open reach tech out but not to my property , another txt saying they are doing further test & will send a txt for an apt. They need to make thier minds up why do I need an apt if not at my property? Anyone got a number that can actually speak to a person?

When did you try calling?
I had no trouble getting through when I called them just after 8 o'clock this morning.

I always use: 0800 432 0200
.

Tried in last 15 mins will try that number thanks👍🏻 just replied via txt saying it is a network problem. Will leave them to it see what happens to much going on today to chase. I have got broadband at the moment. Least reported
