Openreach cut off my phone and broadband

On 23 May,openreach were working on the pole outside my house.
After he had left, I found out my broadband and my house phone were both disconnect
They both worked fine before openreach came.
So now I have no phone line connected for my broadband or home phone
I suspect the openreach worker made a mistake when he was working up the pole
Can a member of Plusnet staff please get in touch with me to sort it out

Why wait, just report a fault, it will be quicker - probably.

So the engineer fixed the problem up the pole and now I have my phone back on
I also have my broadband back on But no internet
When I look at my TG582N, the power, broadband and my wi fi are all green.
But my internet is red.
When I try to go online, it takes me to that gateway where you have to put your user name and password in
So what name and password for the want
I've tried one for getting into this forum,and I've tried the one I use to sign into Plusnet, but they don't work.Ive tried my user name together with the password on the back of the router but that won't work

It's the username and password that you sign into the PN member centre with.
The format for the username is username@plusdsl.net

I did what Dvorak told me, and the router still not accepting it.
So, as I say,power, broadband WiFi all green, but internet still red.
No access to the internet since 23 May
Can any Plusnet staff jump on and help?

With a TG582n router, have you logged in to it and looked at the page where you check Internet Connection status - and also restart the Internet connection?

No,that's the point, I can't log in to the router.
I used, wufer@plusdsl.net.....and my password, but the router says there wrong.
So I can't log into my router.
