Orange light and b symbol once again!

Had no service for a few days now - fed up of it all. Meant to have an engineer coming out tomorrow but before we do, just wondering if anyone can decipher all this (all alien to me) and suggest where the problem may lie?

When we had a similar issue before, there had been a problem with the line, and once the problem was resolved we discovered we still had the orange light/b as a password had been changed. This time, the tests suggest there's no issue with the line and the login details should all be fine 🤷‍♀️

Re: Orange light and b symbol once again!

Fix

@Rags The only thing I can say about that is that you appear to be constantly losing xDSL connection, which points to an issue with the BT/OR network - hopefully the engineer will be able to locate the issue.
