19/8/23 Internet has been down all day was told it would be resolved by 19.30 its now 21.30 and its still down, any updates would be appreciated

Does putting your phone number in to the Zen Broadband Status checker give any clues ?

It looks like the outage was fixed yesterday morning and you're back online now.

Is everything working okay?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
