Regular wifi drops over the past few days

Hi All,

Has anyone been experiencing wifi drop out over the past few days. Down detector indicates that lots of people have but not finding much on this forum and the plusnet subreddit appears to be dead. I've spoken with someone at plusnet and they said that they have no service issues in my area and thinks it's to do with my mesh network.

Would appreciate it if anyone can confirm or deny.

Thanks

N

It is most likely in your local (home) network. Which router and mesh network are you using?

@baroncorvo

There is a trend now to describe your home internet to be 'WiFi' is this what you mean?

Which Hub are you using, what is the front light colour when you have a wifi drop?

Re: Regular wifi drops over the past few days

Hi @baroncorvo, thanks for getting in touch. I am so sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection.
As already advised, if you already spoke to the technical department within Plusnet and they advised there aren't any faults causing this, more than likely there is an issue within the home environment or the mesh network itself. The only other suggestion would be to contact the mesh network merchant directly, as they would have more knowledge on troubleshooting this type of issues.
I hope this helps, please let me know if there's anything else I may be able to assist you with
