Router Not Arrived

Hi.
I'm a new customer and engineer is coming on Friday to install.
Landlord has confirmed that the router is still not there.
I'm a little concerned as I work from home so not having the router is going to really affect me if the broadband can be set up!
Called customer services who said I should receive a tracking order when it's posted out. However, I have had no tracking number at all.
Please advise!

I'm really sorry to hear your router hasn't arrived yet and for how long it's taken to get back to you.

From what I can see the router was dispatched yesterday and has been delivered today.

Let me know if this isn't the case

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
