Samsung devices -wrong region

Hi, first time poster. I switched from Fibre and phone to Fibre only recently and have a Hub Two router. I have a Samsung Tab S9 and A34. Both devices are having issues with some websites and apps in that sometimes they won't connect. The issue is recent, so I think the switch to Fibre only may be the culprit? The issue seems to be that the websites/apps think I am in a different country that they do not support. The issue is fixed by toggling the WiFi on and off on the devices but this is annoying.
I have tried changing the device settings from Randomised to static MAC and DHCP to static but this did not fix anything. Do I need to change something in the router settings instead?
Thanks for your help - I'm a bit clueless here!

Assuming you have a dynamic rather than a static IP address (dynamic is the usual option), I suggest you try turning off the router and leaving it for about 20 minutes before switching it back on. That should change the IP address. It may be that the IP address supplied to you by Plusnet, whilst actually a UK one, is still being seen by some databases (perhaps those used by Samsung) as being allocated outside the UK.
You can see the IP address in the Home page if you log into your router., and if you note it before you log off you can then see if it changes when you power back up.

These two websites will show what your WAN IP address is, and WHERE it thinks you are - which might indicate whether they think you are in the UK or not ?

Thanks for the replies. Restarting the router didn't work and my IP address is for this country. Any other ideas?

To be clear are you saying that you can access these web sites using mobile data but not if mobile data is switched off?
The sure fire way of changing your IP address is to pay £5 and get a fixed IP address. These come from a totally different pool of numbers.
