Good Afternoon,
Have been with plusnet for somewhere around 15 years (we have no other option despite other parts of the estate being fibre’s and support has always been good).
Our normal speed is somewhere between 33-39 Mbit/s and it’s been steady at this speed for years, may have even it hit 41 last summer!
However I renewed about 15 days ago and now the speed has been limited to 27.3 Mbits, that’s a huge chunk just “gone”
Looking at BT Wholesale checker it appears that not only have I gone from a clean to an impacted connection, I am now technically at my “Downstream Handback threshold” which is listed at 27.4
What is going on and how to fix it?
