Smart tv can't connect to plusnet wifi

I am unable to connect our smart tv to the network, never had this issue with previous provider.
The Wi-Fi connects to all other devices and speed is fine, it's just the tv.
It won't even find the network when searching.
Any help is appreciated.

It's an LG webOS

Have you successfully connected it previously? Have you tried resetting it to default?

Never had the issue with sky. Just changed to plus net and then this happens.

As I asked - have you tried resetting the TV? It may still be looking for the SKY connection.

I'm very sorry to hear that you've encountered this issue. Have you had a chance to try connecting the TV via Ethernet cable, to see if that works?
