According to our checks, the IP we are using is blocklisted - is there anyway of changing the IP to a clean one? We have never used it for any nefarious purposes and feel it was issued as a bad IP. Any insights are always handy.
By the way, this is perhaps the most convoluted way to get some kind of help from Plus net/BT...
