Struggling with set up

My “go live” date is today and I’ve had an email saying “Home Phone - Your service is ready to use” , when I plug in my router it just flashes orange for a bit and then stays orange. Any ideas?

“Home Phone - Your service is ready to use”
That means your telephone service is ready. Your broadband service hasnt been activated yet, you'll get another message when it has.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It should be, but I'm not staff so have no access to the status of customer orders. I'm just using my experience of the order process to advise on the normal expectations.
