Very slow BB

Mum's BB is so slow (0.78mbs) it hasn't been an issue before she only runs Alexa from it but now she needs smart TV connection, any ideas?

Welcome to the forums, @Joartemis . Where do you get that figure from, and what product (ADSL/FTTC/FTTP) is your mum on?

To be honest it does sound like she has a problem, but we need a bit more information to help.
